1. GENERAL

This website is operated by SLsellz. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or purchase our products.

We may update these terms periodically by posting a revised version on our website. Changes apply from the date they are published unless otherwise stated or required by law.

2. INDEPENDENT RESELLER

SLsellz is an independent clothing and footwear reseller. We may offer products acquired through retailers, independent suppliers, resale marketplaces and other sourcing channels.

Unless expressly stated, SLsellz is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by or endorsed by any third-party brand featured on the website.

Brand names and trademarks are used only to identify the products being offered.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and condition accurately.

Screen settings, lighting and photography may cause colours to appear slightly different. Product packaging may also vary.

Each listing should be reviewed carefully before purchase. Products are sold according to the condition and details stated in their listing.

We do not knowingly misrepresent a product’s brand, condition or source. Any authenticity representation is based on the information, inspection and documentation reasonably available to SLsellz.

4. AVAILABILITY

Products may be limited in quantity and may sell through multiple sales channels. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it.

We may cancel or refuse an order because of:

• Inventory discrepancies

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Payment authorization failure

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

• Shipping restrictions

• Errors affecting the order

If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be returned to the original payment method.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing the final price, shipping charge, tax and currency before submitting payment.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and the customer receives confirmation.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law.

By purchasing, you confirm that you reviewed and accepted the product’s size, condition, description and price.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. SLsellz is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

8. LOCAL PICKUP AND DELIVERY

Where offered, pickup or local delivery must be arranged and confirmed by SLsellz.

Customers should inspect pickup orders before accepting them. Failure to attend a scheduled meeting may require rescheduling and may result in an additional delivery charge.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity

• Submit false payment or delivery information

• Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security

• Copy or exploit website content without permission

• Submit false claims or misuse payment-dispute procedures

• Violate the rights of SLsellz or another person

We may refuse service, cancel transactions or restrict website access where reasonably necessary to protect the business or its customers.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

SLsellz’s original logo, written content, photographs, graphics and website materials are owned by or licensed to SLsellz.

They may not be copied, republished, sold or commercially used without written permission.

Third-party brand names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment processors, carriers, social-media platforms and other third parties.

Those services may be governed by separate terms and policies. SLsellz is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, omissions or website content.

12. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLsellz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Where liability cannot be legally excluded, SLsellz’s liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate SLsellz for losses or reasonable expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any dispute will be handled by a court or tribunal with proper jurisdiction, subject to any rights provided under applicable consumer-protection laws.
